For the majority of us working folk, having healthy lunches for work doesn’t always come easy. More so than not, it can be much more convenient to drive over to that fast food restaurant for a quick burger. Sure many of them claim to have “healthy choices” and some actually do. But let’s face it, when you get there it’s hard to resist the temptation of french fries or apple pies or whatever your personal weakness happens to be. When you add to that the seemingly daunting task of having to plan out and pack healthy lunches for work every day, it can make the idea of eating healthy seem next to impossible.
